One more thing...I'm continuing to transition off of sugar. My sugar window is open from 2-7pm. Tomorrow I begin an hour later, from 3-7pm.
Next week I'll begin transitioning off of coffee.

Can't wait to hear about the race! Good luck with the sugar detox. I know you have your reasons for slowly reducing your intake... but it worked better for me to go cold turkey! That's why this is an n=1 experiment!
