Grilled chicken and roasted vegetables

for lunch.

It was so good that I forgot to take a photo...



Day 2 is going well. Around 4pm I'm going on a hike. Late afternoon is my "I want non-paleo food" time. I don't want to take any chances, it will be better to be out of the house.

For dinner I'm having trout with pureed cauliflower and spinach.
